Ready To Join Our First EVER Colt Starting Retreat?!?!

Do you have a young horse that is ready to be colt started?

Have you raised a horse from a foal and want to be able to witness their first days of training?

Do you have an older horse that just hasn’t gotten it’s chance to be started yet?

This Colt Starting Retreat is for YOU!

Come to our ranch in Poplarville, MS and bring your horse for colt starting where you get to watch and witness your horse’s first 5* training sessions (*minimum of 5- may have other short additional sessions). We will personally take your horse (and up to 9 others) through our foundational training program where you get to see them progress from one day to the next. The majority of horses will get their first ride on DAY 1 if they pass each test that we ask of them and show us that they are ready to go forward and learn. During this time of your horse’s training and the others that are going through the same process, it’s 100% OPEN Q & A so you can understand our process, what we are looking for, and what we are doing to set your horse up for success!

The majority of horses will get to do the following in the 5 days of us riding them:

Walk/Trot/Canter Over Obstacles Under Saddle

Ride Out Of The Round Pen

Ride Out In The Open

Get Different Arena Experience

Go On A Trail Ride

Some horses may also be ready to:

Go On The Extreme Obstacle Course

Play A Soccer Game

Play Pool Noodle Jousting

Chase Cattle

& Even Have Their Owner Get A Chance To Ride Them (Based On Riding Level)

You also have the option to leave your horse for 30 days of training after the first 5 sessions. Just let us know if you are interested so we can reserve their training spot as we only take in a limited number!
