ACADEMY APPLICATION

By signing this application, I am acknowledging that I understand and am willing to perform all of the duties listed in the job description. I agree to abide by and respect all policies, procedures, and philosophies of Gascon horsemanship. I hereby certify that the information provided in this application is true and correct. I understand that my Gascon Horsemanship Academy Program enrollment may be terminated immediately upon discovering any information to be false. I also acknowledge that I am aware of the costs of this academy program I am applying for and that housing and meals will be provided, but not any form of stipend or compensation.

Students who are a part of the Gascon Horsemanship Academy Program must recognize that they are representing Gascon Horsemanship and Team MG at all times, including on-­‐site at Horse Haven and while on the road to events. They must also recognize that their performance, as a representative of the program, will be monitored and evaluated by Michael Gascon and his affiliates through-­‐out the academy duration to make sure that the goals of Gascon Horsemanship are being represented appropriately and professionally. Academy students are expected to perform all assigned tasks to the best of their ability. Academy students shall demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, dependability, honesty, and integrity. Academy students must also be kind and courteous to fellow students, staff members, and MG personnel while maintaining a positive and happy attitude.

I, the undersigned, agree that photographs and videos may be taken of me and/or my horse during my participation in any Gascon Horsemanship sponsored event or academy experience and these photographs and/or videos may be used as promotional materials by Gascon Horsemanship including, but not limited to, use in all facets of social and public media, Horse Talk Live, and/or The Horse Guru television production. I hereby give my permission for the above described activities and understand that all above mentioned media products will be property of Michael Gascon, Gascon Horsemanship, Equine Estates, LLC or any of their affiliates. I, the undersigned, also understand that I will receive no compensation for such uses.

The additional liability document describes the terms of liability release that participants must assume when selected to participate in any Gascon Horsemanship sponsored event. It is important to note that this release from liability is designed to hold harmless Michael Gascon, Gascon Horsemanship, Equine Estates, LLC or any of their affiliates and any venues, host facilities, participants, sanctioning bodies, employees, volunteers, agents, officers, directors, vendors, sponsors, or advertisers
associated with any Gascon Horsemanship events harmless of any risk, injury, accident, or incident.
